Score board flower

Got to play a little tonight using the Martha Stewart score board. Base of the flower was made from a paper from MAMBI. I scored a 1 1/2 inch x12 inch piece of paper at the half inch marks all the way down the and then I used silk flowers to layer on top. Used a flower rhinestone With a brad to bring it all together. Coordinating ribbon and cards stock and a few SU stamps. Hope you enjoy! :)

FOREVER YOUNG cartridge

Princess Birthday Card

From the cricut cartridge "Once Upon A Princess" I cut out the castle on page 44 and layered it using pop dots. The it's your day is from Stampin Up as well as the glitter. Outlined it with a silver uniball pen.

Paper Flowers

Well... Here's my hand at making paper flowers. Two of the cards were made using the Cricut cartridge Flower Shoppe. The third a rosette was made with the score board from Martha Stewart. Bursting with pink I just think they are so pretty!

Smash Book start...

Okay so here's a start... Have some ideas yet to do..... My book will be mostly about my favorite things... I think lol
So what do you know about Smash Books?? Fairly new trend, I have to laugh because I started something similar to this once. It's kind of like a journal but more artsy or whimsical. you add a lot of outside elements like receipts and ticket stubs...photos, notes, jotted down, thoughts and napkins, matchbooks, lists like daily to do's or plans, sketch ideas, goals, various memorabilia from special events. I plan to get some Blinkies to some sites for Smash books so stay tuned for those.(that way you can get ideas for design your own). Not sure how much I'll share of mine maybe more at a distance. I think of them as being somewhat personal...at least I know that's my plan for mine.My challenge more myself is to actually finish it from start to finish lol  Not a strong point for me so yes a true challenge. LOLSo get a book they have actual smash books...or a spiral or three ring small binder and let the creativity flow. Let me know if you decide to try it out and share comments of what you think of the idea.

Speed

Okay it's a start.... Not sure where I'm gonna go with this. But we shall see...
