Sketch Frenzy Friday

Happy SFF Friday everyone. This weeks sketch was a fun creation from Terri Tank. I had a little fun with this one. But then I couldn't get it posted to the right places in time for me to make it on the blog.  I'm currently doing a "back to my roots" trip with my sister and we have traveled to the mid west for a look back at where we came from. My sister remembers some of the places here as she was around 8 when my fam up and moved out west. I was only 6 mos old and this is the first time I've been back here....uh em 40 plus years later. So we are on an adventure. Anyway I hope you all enjoy this weeks sketch. Have a great week and I'll be back in two weeks :)

So any stamps or ebellishments that are retiring or are already retired. I chose a selection of cards I made with the Blooms With Kindness stamp set. Such a pretty stamp don't you think? Really sad to see this one go but then I'm a flower addict and there are some pretty cool flower replacements coming in the new catalog. SKETCH FRENZY FRIDAY

Welcome to another SFF post

 This week I chose to use a catalog pre order set. Sprinkles Of Life. It's the new RMH stamp set so by purchasing it you help the Ronald McDonald House Charities. This set is a very nice and versatile set. I've been having a lot of fun playing with it. Also I used some of the new In-Colors for 2015-17. Watermelon Wonder and Cucumber Crush as well as Pacific Point and Crushed Curry card stocks and inks. SKETCH FRENZY FRIDAY

This weeks sketch is shown above. I chose to celebrate DSP and stick right with the layout. ( I love butterflies) 

I used the Painted Blooms designer series paper out of the retiring Occasions catalog. Such pretty paper. I used a strip of So Saffron and the a piece of Pink Pirrouette embossed with the Spring Flowers textured impressions embossing folder aslo out of the Occasions catty. The butterfly is from the Butterflies Thinlits and the greeting came from the Crazy About You set also from the Occasions catty. The Occasions catalog expires on June 2nd 2015 so if there are some items you've been wanting as well as these items I used today then you'll want to get your order in.
