This weeks Sketch Frenzy Friday sketch is brought to us by Jennifer Kay

I used a stamp set from the Occassions Catalog called Me +You. Love this cute little set and it can be used for wedding type cards as well as Valentines. I love double duty sets! :)
Stacked with love DSP a scallop punch a circle punch and then a small hand circle punch give the feature of this card its layers. I also used the thinlits that coordinate with the crazy about you stamp set as well as the "you" stamp from crazy about you. Another great multipurpose stamp set! :) Hope you enjoy this weeks submission. I must apologize for my short post...been pretty busy this week...hopefully next week will slow some for me. Until then enjoy and have a great week!

Welcome to another Sketch Frenzy Friday! This weeks sketch comes to us from Kim Innis.

Fun sketch right??

I was pretty excited to use the Butterfly Basics stamp set. Just received this set and I love it. Especially paired with the thinlits that bundle with it.

I went with all the same paper for my DSP panels. This is from the Painted Blooms pack.I loved this pattern I think it's my fav out of this pack.
I used Pacific Point card stock for the back panel on a base of Pear Pizzazz. I stamped the butterflies in Daffodil Delight and Pacific Point inks, then cut them with the matching thinlits. Stamped the sentiment in Pacific Point ink.
I hope you enjoy this weeks submission. Don't forget to play along and add your post to the SFF blog

Hi Everyone, How was your week??? I have to say I was going along great until the hubby brought sickness into our home! LOL So I have unfortunately spent my bonus three day weekend miserable! Blech...oh well I did get some stamping in and I'm really excited about this weeks post. The Sketch is from Patrice Herrera
Yaaaaay....I like it. Pretty wide open as far as freedom of expression here. Great Sketch Patrice.

I chose to take this opportunity play some more with the Sheltering Tree stamp set. LOVE THIS SET! It's so versatile. No really it is. When I first looked at it I thought....oh yaaaay a tree whatever....but after playing with it some I realized you can really do so much. Obviously the four seasons come to mind. but then when you start playing with the different element stamps like the grass (green) or dirt (brown) stamp,I realized it would work great for a sky element if stamped in light blue. Repeatedly, and then layering works well too eeeeek totally makes it look like a watercolor painting. Then the leaves.....a bush instead of the whole tree....! The snowflakes....totally used them as tiny flowers on the bushes. Below a couple post I have another card I did with this set. Its just so cool. Anyway.....Back to the sketch. LOL  I used a card base of Calypso Corral, layer of Whisper White, stamped the tree base in soft sued and stamped off for the lighter background tree. I used crumb cake for the ground effects and soft sky for the blue of the sky. I used Calypso Corral for the leaves on the tree and stamped off some too for the lighter colors. With the sentiment I stamped each word separately to get a vertical sentiment as opposed to a horizontal one as intended.

Hope you enjoy this sketch and this set as much as I do. Don't forget to play along with us. Link to the blog Here Have a great week everyone!

Happy Friday to all....and welcome to another week of Sketch Frenzy Friday! How have you enjoyed the new year so far? Mine has been a great start and the future is lookin bright! Yaaaay!  This weeks sketch comes from Elizabeth Harris.

I was lucky enough to get a box of goodies from Stampin'Up! on the same day I had set aside time to stamp. So.... with this fun sketch I went forward to Valentine's Day! This has got to be my FAVORITE time of year! I LOVE LOVE! :)

This great set is from the new Occasions Catalog and is called You Plus Me. I also picked up the Textured Impressions Embossing Folder called Happy Heart. I embossed a piece of Pink Pirouette card stock, and used some DSP from the new Stacked With Love paper stack. Image is stamped in Real Red ink and punched with the circle punches. Such a cute and eye catching card right??

Well I hope you enjoy this weeks Sketch. Be sure to play along and don't forget to post it on the blog HERE
we always enjoy seeing what y'all come up with. :)
Have a great week everyone, Carol
Welcome to the First Sketch Frenzy Friday post of 2015! Wow New Year, time to start fresh! Hope everyone is having a fabulous start to 2015. This weeks sketch is brought to you by Terri Tank.

I went for a clean-line look here. I was needing a subtle over the hill style card without actually saying "over the hill" LOL So I went classic with black white and silver Birthday Card.

I think the point will translate....at least to my recipient. I did something this week I haven't done much of in a long time! Heat Embossing. A lot of it. Using the VersaMark ink pad I stamped my images...sprinkled them with silver embossing powder and heat set with the heat gun. Love the little pop you get from the heat emboss. Well I hope you enjoy this weeks Sketch Frenzy Friday post and be sure to play along with us.
